Location and room size good.
Room had smell from drain next toilet, also can see place needs a renovation. Wouldn't stay again for the price until renovation is complete. Drilling during the day so jet-lagged beware.

One night staycation in a newly renovated hotel
Room is extremely clean and spacious. Bed is of the balanced hardness…..very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. I could take a slow 10-minute stroll to my favourite Korean restaurant. Surrounded by eateries, restaurants and a supermarket. A laundromat is also located directly opposite the hotel.
I was unfortunate to be assisted by a very cold and unfriendly Ms R at check in. Slow and absolutely no smile at all. Very condescending tone. I asked if the check out time could be extended by a little and she replied coldly that I must pay for additional charge for any check out beyond 12 noon. Didn’t even bother to explain that they were running full house or at least pretend to check the system. It was an outright rejection in a very condescending tone. Anyway, so humiliating for only 30mins more…..I left early the next day hoping not to see her upon checking out. What’s interesting was many people were checking out when I was checking in at 2pm. So all those guests paid extra charges? That was a lot of $$$ then…. Anyway, she assigned me a room not meant for me cos on the TV screen, there was a welcome message for someone else. Ms Judy Tan whom I spoke to later in the evening regarding my parking exit ticket was the hotel’s saving grace. She was so efficient and helpful! Hotel uses very cheap toilet tissue…..thin and all stuck together. Unable to unroll. Had to go to the supermarket across the hotel to purchase my own toilet rolls.
